APPLICATION
• In food industry, it is used as buffer, chelator, nutrient additive, emulsifier, flavoring for yoghurt. In pharmaceutical industry, it is used as anti-coagulate and as preservative in syrup manufactured goods, mollify sour odor in cold drink, prevent rancidity in dairy products, used as tackifier for cheese and minced meat, gelling agent for jelly and jam, emulsifying agent and stabiIizer for cheese and ice cream

• It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer.The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
