APPLICATION

• Mainly used for sour agent of acidic beverage, can, flavoring agent, and yeast nutrient.

Its acidity is 7-800% of citric acid, used for the food phosphate, while making wine used to a leaven nourishment source, so as to keep other germ from breeding, besides in foodstuff industry mainly used to nutrient supplement and leavening agent etc..
