• Ethyl vanillin belongs to broad-spectrum spice, an important raw material of food additives

Its aroma is 3-4 times of Methyl vanillin’s.

Widely used in food, chocolate, ice-cream, beverage and cosmetic so as to enhance and fix aroma.

Besides ethyl vanillin can also used as additives of feed, brighter of plating and intermediate in pharmacy.
